PCI acquired this site in downtown Vancouver to construct a building to house the Duty-Free retail operation for Allders International together with 30,000 SF of retail and rental residential units.

This was the first step in the revitalization of Alberni Street and today, the Alberni Street node houses many of the world’s top luxury brands. PCI developed this project with a high-net-worth private investor partner.
