The PCI Group is a Vancouver, B.C. based real estate development and property management company. Since our establishment in 1982, we have forged strong business relationships with international and domestic investors, consultants, tenants and homeowners.
We are a ‘merchant developer’, meaning we are continually in the market acquiring, developing, and selling real estate. Our developments are often in joint ventures with a variety of partnerships including landowners, individual investors and institutional funds.
