Andrew Adams

Project Manager
Joined PCI in 2007

 

Andrew Adams graduated with a Bachelor of Design Studies (architecture) Degree from the University of Queensland, Australia. Backed by an award-winning international portfolio, Andrew brings over 20 years of international experience in architectural and interior design management and construction to PCI.

At PCI, Andrew manages large and complex projects from design to completion and operations. Andrew is noted for his ability to work effectively with municipalities, consultants, contractors and end-users to carry out these projects successfully.

Andrew is a member of the Interior Design Institute of BC (IDI) and the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC). Andrew enjoys being inspired by laughter, family and adventure in urban and outdoor settings.

Andrew Grant

Andrew was raised in Vancouver in a family that has been involved with the Canadian building industry for five generations. Andrew graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics and carries with him a keen interest in cities, their history and how they change.
 
Since PCI was founded in 1982, Andrew has been a part of PCI’s growth and evolution. As President, Andrew is involved in all aspects of PCI’s decision-making and ensures the successful execution of all of our projects.

Andrew is actively involved in the Vancouver Real Estate community: he is past President and currently a Director of the Urban Development Institute (UDI); Director of Great Northern Way Campus – a collaboration of UBC, SFU, BCIT and Emily Carr on transforming 20 acres in Central Vancouver into a mixed-use education based campus; member of the Kitsilano Neighbourhood House building committee – a project to create affordable rental housing for seniors integrated with a new neighbourhood house; past Chairman and past long time Board Member of St. George’s School; and a supporter of the University of British Columbia baseball team.

Andy Croft

Associate Vice President
Joined PCI in 1990

 

Andy studied architecture in England and has worked in architectural practices in the U.K., Australia, the USA and Canada. Since 1990, Andy has been a key player in overseeing the construction, municipal approvals and design for PCI’s major projects.  Most recently, he is also a mentor for our Project Team.

Andy spends a lot of his spare time on his boat. Other interests include fishing, reading, painting, sketching and collecting music from the 1920-30’s.

Arron Colbert

Construction Manager
Joined PCI in 2011

 

Arron graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and has since gained over 15 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on management and cost analysis. In 2008, Arron moved from Ireland to work as Project Cost Manager for the prominent downtown Hotel Georgia development in Vancouver.

At PCI, Arron is responsible for overseeing the Construction Management of Marine Gateway.

When not at work, Arron enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors.

Brennan Cook

Senior Manager – Projects
Joined PCI in 2011

 

Brennan is an MBA graduate from the Sauder School of Business at UBC and holds a BA in Urban Geography and Planning from UBC. Brennan has previously held positions in finance, development and strategy with Emaar Properties and Intrawest.

Brennan is involved in aspects of acquisition, development, structuring and financing of PCI’s projects. Brennan is a member of the UDI and has sat on the UDI Liaison Committee for Vancouver and New Westminster.

When not at work Brennan enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the mountains on his skis and bike.

Catherine Tam

Controller
Joined PCI in 1994

 

Catherine is a CGA who graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Major in Administrative and Commercial Studies. She has more than 15 years of solid real estate accounting experience. Catherine plays a key role in all accounting functions to ensure reliable and timely financial reporting. She is also responsible for managing budget processes and providing analysis for management decisions.

Catherine has multicultural working experience. Prior to joining the company, she worked for an international banking institution in Hong Kong.

Cynthia Lim

Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Partner

Cynthia graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Management Information Systems and later gaining her CGA designation. Through various leadership positions, she has accumulated over 20 years of real estate industry finance experience.

As CFO for the PCI, she is responsible for financing and structuring projects, managing financial risks, financial forecasting, fiscal reporting activities, budgeting and internal controls. Additionally, Cynthia provides human resources, information technology and general operational support to the organization. She is a member of various industry associations such as UDI and CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women).

When she is not working, Cynthia enjoys participating in fitness activities, attending live theatre and getting together with family and friends.

Dan Turner

Senior Vice-President, Partner
Joined PCI in 1988

 

Dan graduated from Queen’s University in 1984 and has since gained over 25 years of real estate experience in commercial leasing, property management and development acquisition. Dan is responsible for PCI’s acquisition strategies and project leasing. His creativity unveils unseen opportunities for PCI. With his extensive business relationships and vision, Dan leads PCI’s deal-making process. Dan is also a member of the Management Committee of Warrington PCI Management, as well as other industry associations such as NAIOP, ICSC, and UDI.

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Henry Edgar

Development Assistant
Joined PCI in 2010

 

Henry graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Real Estate (Urban Land Economics) from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Henry assists the development team in a variety of areas on current projects and new acquisitions. He is also an active member of the UDI.

Outside of the office Henry enjoys an active lifestyle and his friends often call him Hank.

Marc Josephson

Development Officer
Joined PCI in 2006

 

Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Majoring in Real Estate (Urban Land Economics) from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. At PCI, Marc is involved in acquisition, development, approvals, residential sales and marketing, overseeing public relations, and communications. Marc is a member of NAIOP and the UDI and currently sits on the UDI’s U40 (Under 40) Committee.

Outside of the office Marc enjoys spending time with his family and can be found on the tennis and basketball courts or with his guitar.

Mei Wong

Development Coordinator
Joined PCI in 2001

 

Mei has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and plays a key role in assisting the Senior Vice President.  She also manages the organization’s information systems.  She works closely with purchasers, tenants, brokers, lawyers, consultants and contractors to coordinate the sales and leasing activities of PCI’s ongoing development projects.

Tim Grant

Asset Manager
Joining PCI in January 2012

 

Tim is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from Dartmouth College (USA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics focused on Finance.

Tim is involved in the administration of PCI’s development partnerships / ventures, as well as its acquisition and asset management programs. Prior to joining PCI, Tim was a member of Colliers International’s National Investment Services Team, where he was involved in a wide variety of major real estate transactions across Canada totalling over $500 million.

A former professional baseball player and sports enthusiast, Tim enjoys coaching, as well as golf, skiing, snowboarding, and tennis.
