Andrew Grant | President

Andrew Grant

Andrew is the founding partner of PCI.  He is actively involved in all aspects of PCI’s operations and oversees the successful execution of all of our projects.

Born and raised in Vancouver in a family that has been involved with the Canadian building industry for five generations, Andrew is keenly interested in cities, their history and how they change and he takes great pride in the very positive change that PCI has been a part of in communities throughout Metro Vancouver. An active contributor to the real estate community, Andrew is currently a Director of Atrium Mortgage Investment Corp.; past President and Director of the Urban Development Institute (UDI); past Chairman and Board Member of St. George’s School; past Director of Great Northern Way Trust; and passionate supporter of the University of British Columbia varsity baseball team.

Dan Turner | Executive Vice President and Partner

Dan Turner

Dan is responsible for PCI’s acquisition strategies and project leasing. His creativity unveils unseen opportunities for PCI. With his extensive business relationships and vision, Dan leads PCI’s deal-making process. Dan is the Vice Chair at Large of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) , as well as an active participant in other industry associations such as NAIOP and ICSC.

Dan enjoys the outdoors, is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family.

Cynthia Lim | Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Partner

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Cynthia is responsible for financing and structuring projects, managing financial risks, financial forecasting & reporting activities and internal controls. She also oversees PCI’s human resources, information technology and administrative functions. She is active in a variety of community activities, including being a Director of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), and members of other industry related associations and other volunteer roles.

Outside of the office, Cynthia takes pleasure in travelling and spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys running and can be found in the gym regularly at lunchtime.

Tim Grant | Vice President, Investment

Tim coordinates PCI’s development partnerships, as well as its acquisition and asset management programs. Prior to joining PCI, Tim was a member of Colliers International’s National Investment Services Team, where he was involved in a wide variety of major real estate transactions across Canada.Tim is currently a Director with Catalyst Community Developments Society and on the Urban Development Institute’s (UDI) U40 Committee.

A sports enthusiast and former professional baseball player, Tim enjoys coaching, golf, skiing, snowboarding, and tennis.

Jarvis Rouillard | Vice President

Jarvis Rouillard

Jarvis executes leasing, acquisition and development strategies and works closely with joint venture partners. Prior to PCI, he held a senior investment and development position at a national commercial real estate asset management firm representing a variety of institutional investor clients. Jarvis is currently the President of the NAIOP Vancouver Chapter and was a founding member of the Vancouver NAIOP Development Leaders Committee.

Jarvis enjoys golfing, skiing, high intensity fitness, coaching baseball and adventures with his wife and three sons.

Christina Chan | Associate, Asset Management

Nathan Shuttleworth | Development Manager

Nathan manages projects throughout the development process including municipal approvals, design and construction. As a registered architect, he has over 12 years of experience in the industry, including as a member of the Perkins + Will team for PCI’s Marine Gateway project.

Outside of the office, Nathan enjoys skiing, mountain biking, surfing and spending time outside with his young son.

Jared Stern | Development Analyst

Arron Colbert | Vice President, Construction

Arron is responsible for Construction Management of PCI’s developments and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on management and cost analysis. In 2008, Arron moved from Ireland to work as Project Cost Manager for the prominent downtown Hotel Georgia development in Vancouver.

Arron enjoys spending time with his family and in the outdoors.

Andrew Adams | Project Manager

Andrew coordinates PCI’s tenant improvement activities working with tenants, contractors and municipalities to ensure optimal coordination of base building and tenant improvement construction to minimize tenant improvement cost and schedule delays. A member of the Interior Design Institute of BC (IDI) and the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC), Andrew brings over 20 years of international experience in architecture, interior design and construction management to PCI.

Andrew enjoys being inspired by laughter, family and adventure in urban and outdoor settings.

Ben Spilsbury | Project Construction Manager

Having recently joined PCI after relocating to Vancouver from UK, Ben manages construction on a variety of PCI development and renovation projects. Prior to his relocation, Ben had seven years’ experience in construction site management with a large scale UK general contractor working on a diverse range of project types.

Away from work, Ben is very active with sport, particularly field hockey and is looking forward to experiencing the active outdoor lifestyle in British Columbia.

Paul Wong | Construction Manager

Paul is currently managing construction of PCI’s Marine Gateway project. Paul has worked in many different aspects of the industry from consulting engineering, general contracting to development. Growing up in the Lower Mainland, Paul has had the opportunity to work on projects throughout the area including the Bentall 5 high-rise addition, the Canada Line, Hotel Georgia and Telus Gardens.

Paul enjoys playing team sports such as hockey and football.

Andy Croft | Associate Vice President

Andy Croft

Andy oversees construction, municipal approvals and design for PCI’s major projects and serves as key resource & mentor to PCI’s project teams. Prior to joining PCI, Andy worked in architectural practices in the U.K., Australia, the USA and Canada.

Andy spends a lot of his spare time on his boat. Other interests include fishing, reading, painting, sketching and collecting music from the 1920-30’s.

Brad Howard | Senior Development Manager

Brad is responsible for the approval and development process of several PCI Projects, including King George Station project. Brad has worked in the local development industry for over 15 years and has experience in acquisitions, design, municipal approvals, leasing & marketing and construction.
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys playing soccer, golf, trail running and spending time with his wife and three young kids.

Catherine Tam | Controller

Catherine plays a key role in all accounting functions to ensure reliable and timely financial reporting. She is also responsible for managing budget processes and providing analysis for management decisions. Prior to joining the company, she worked for an international banking institution in Hong Kong.

Lydia Lam | Senior Accountant

Lydia is responsible for project accounting on a portfolio of development projects, as well as income producing properties. In addition, she executes full cycle accounting and other corporate duties.   She had previously worked in the real estate development industry in Toronto, and had worked in Hong Kong prior to joining the company.

Peggy Mak | Senior Accountant

Peggy Mak

Penny Aomoto | Administrator

Penny Aomoto

In addition to providing administrative assistance to the CFO, Penny supports the Accounting Team. She is also responsible for the organization and coordination of office administration and co-ordinates staff functions and events.

Penny enjoys training at the gym, Muay Thai kick boxing, hiking, and is an avid Vancouver Canucks fan.
