PCI acquired this site in downtown Vancouver to construct a building to house the Duty Free retail operation for Allders International together with 30,000 sq. ft. retail and 23,000 sq. ft. rental residential apartments. This was the first step in the revitalization of Alberni Street. Today, Brooks Brother is the retail tenant. PCI developed this project with a high net worth private investor partner.
