On behalf of a private family investor, PCI took this shopping centre primarily constructed in 1960’s which was facing obsolescence because the anchor tenant was changing in response to changing market conditions. PCI planned a phased development to enable tenants to stay open during construction and renovation. The 90,000 sq.ft. grocery anchored neighborhood shopping centre is now operating successfully in its 6th decade with its new look.
