On behalf of a private family investor, this property on Beach Avenue in English Bay had an existing quaint apartment building containing many long term tenants. In conjunction of obtaining approval, it’s necessary to have the tenants to be relocated from the building. This enabled the construction of a 55,000 sq. ft. luxury residential high rise to proceed to become a landmark on the Vancouver harbour with an iconic tree topping the penthouse suite.
