PCI, in partnership with private investors, acquired this entire City block fronting Georgia Street, which included the original Georgian Tower Apartment, a 21 storey landmark residential tower constructed in the early 1950s as one of the earliest high rise in Vancouver. PCI renovated and re-rented the existing 21-storey, 162-suite tower and obtained approval for a 21-storey 183-suite residential tower on the vacant land, which was constructed based on a presale to a local real estate investor.
