Marine Gateway on the Canada Line is a landmark, award-winning, transit-oriented, complete community. Situated directly adjacent to both the Marine Drive Canada Line station and the South Vancouver Bus Loop, Marine Gateway has become a celebrated example for sustainable city-building, combining direct transit integration of two major transit hubs with over 260,000 SF of multi-storey retail, a 14-storey 250,000 SF office building, 461 residential homes (market and rental), and a vibrant public realm.

By having more activity and residents around and above the transit station, the neighbourhood benefits from increased public safety with eyes on the street. Also, plazas and the pedestrian-only high street provide a gathering place for the local community.

Marine Gateway is constructed to LEED® Gold standards helping to reduce global warming through several measures, most notably due to its location on two major transit stations. Marine Gateway supports and encourages the use of transit that will help make our city greener.
