Pacific Cove

This high profile, large 160,000 sq. ft. 148-unit luxury waterfront mid-rise was located on the south shore of Vancouver False Creek. Building was constructed together with the adjacent park and pubic seawall as a freehold site in the early days after the 1986 Expo. This building was unique and sold quickly to the public and remains a first rate building to this date.
