Andrew Grant | Chair
Founded PCI in 1982
Andrew chairs PCI Developments’ Board of Directors and actively supports the PCI Team and its projects with his expertise and over 47 years of development experience.
Andrew is the founding partner of PCI and was PCI’s President from 1982 – 2021. Born and raised in Vancouver in a family that has been involved with the Canadian building industry for five generations, Andrew is keenly interested in cities, their history and how they change and he takes great pride in the very positive change that PCI has been a part of in communities throughout Metro Vancouver. An active contributor to the real estate community, Andrew is currently a Director of Atrium Mortgage Investment Corp.; past President and Director of the Urban Development Institute (UDI); past Chairman and Board Member of St. George’s School; past Director of Great Northern Way Trust; and active supporter of the University of British Columbia varsity baseball team.
Tim Grant | President
Joined PCI in 2012
Tim leads PCI’s Executive Team and is a partner in PCI. He is actively involved in all aspects of PCI’s operations and oversees successful completion of its projects.
Tim is currently Board Chair with Catalyst Community Developments Society. He is graduate of Dartmouth College (USA) and was formerly a designated Chartered Accountant and professional baseball player.
Dan Turner | Executive Vice President

Dan is responsible for PCI’s acquisition strategies and project leasing. His creativity unveils unseen opportunities for PCI. With his extensive business relationships and vision, Dan leads PCI’s deal-making process. Dan is the Vice Chair at Large of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) , as well as an active participant in other industry associations such as NAIOP and ICSC.
Cynthia Lim | Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer and Partner, Cynthia oversees PCI’s human resources and information technology. She is a past Director and current Mentor of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), and 2020/2021 recipient of the Association of Women in Finance Lifetime Achievement Award.
Jarvis Rouillard | Senior Vice President

As a partner of PCI, Jarvis executes leasing, acquisition and development strategies and works closely with joint venture partners. Prior to PCI, he held a senior investment and development position at a national commercial real estate asset management firm representing a variety of institutional investor clients. Jarvis is the past President of the NAIOP Vancouver Chapter, a current Board Chair of the NAIOP Vancouver Government Relations Committee, and was a founding member of the Vancouver NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee.
Arron Colbert | Vice President, Construction

As a partner of PCI, Arron is responsible for Construction Management of PCI’s developments and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on management and cost analysis. In 2008, Arron moved from Ireland to work as Project Cost Manager for the prominent downtown Hotel Georgia development in Vancouver.
Kristen Devaney | Group Chief Financial Officer

Kristen leads a team of dedicated finance and accounting professionals and is responsible for providing leadership and overall financial direction of the accounting and finance functions for PCI and WPM. She provides strategic direction and oversees financing and capital activities at PCI. Kristen obtained her Chartered Accountant designation at Deloitte and has held various senior finance roles in real estate, finance and infrastructure industries.
