Cottonwood Centre is Chilliwack’s dominant grocery, drug and liquor-anchored regional shopping centre located on a 21.9-acre site directly on the Trans-Canada Highway.

PCI acquired the shopping centre in 2019 with vacant Target box and shadow anchored by a previously vacated Sears box. Cottonwood underwent significant renovations to refresh and reposition the entire centre. With this revitalization project, Cottonwood has welcomed new tenants including Save-On-Foods, Old Navy, Club 16 Fitness, and BC Liquor as well as added rapid-charging infrastructure for electronic vehicles and a new retail pad with a Starbucks drive-thru fronting Luckakuck Way. Now shadow-anchored by a newly constructed Canadian Tire, Cottonwood is positioned to remain Chilliwack’s leading shopping destination for the long term.
